    Q. What Is Your Return Policy?

    A. No refunds, exchanges only within 3 days from the delivered date.

    1. Items received unused, undamaged, and in original package.

     

    2. We do not offer exchanges on anything that’s not a book.

     

    3. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will need the return invoice from us to put in your package to return. Without it, your return credit won’t be applied. You must email oururbanreads@gmail.com for a refund request with the order number.
